Dealing with him you feel like he is working for the other side.

He is more concerned about getting the case over with instead of actually fighting to get you the best deal.

Fees are far above the service you receive and his collection from his customers is much earlier than any attorney I have used and he becomes very abrasive and demanding.

Would not use again if he was the last attorney on earth."

"I went to him when my son was about 2 years old seeking custody. In my opinion he was rude and did not at all stand behind me in court. His response to every issue or concern I had with my husband was "well you married the a**hole". In addition to his total lack of concern or compassion for my son he seemed as though answering his phone was more important than listening to my concerns. I would never pass his name on to anyone I cared about. "

"I went to Mr. Kave for a divorce consultation. I was prepared and had all of my paper work etc organized. He basically told me I would get next to nothing for spousal support and have to split all of the marital assets. He really didn't spend much time listening to what I had to say about my situation. My visit with him was a waste of time. I found a much better lawyer who not only managed to get me spousal support, I also got to keep the house ( which I paid the down payment on with my inheritance) without having to give my ex anything. "I made an appt. for a fee based consultation on a separation and divorce and was not given any personal attention at all. Mr. Kave kept answering his cell phone and taking calls on his office phone. His desk and business appeared to be a disorganized mess. I was convinced he was making an outright attempt to dissuade me from utilizing his services as no one could be this rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this attorney."

" I went to Mr. Kave wanting to draw up a will. My main concern was who my son was going to go to if, God forbid, anything happened to me. So, in a nutshell, he dismissed me because I had no assets except for my 401k which already had someone listed as a beneficiary. He even had the nerve to ask me how much money I had in my savings and checking accounts.
He told me he would draw up a will if it made me feel better, but it really wouldn't help me any. After all was said and done, he basically said to me "By the way, my consultation fee is $350.00" I wanted to say "For nothing?" He didn't even ask if I could pay all of it now or if I wanted to do payments.
I left there feeling frustrated, taken for a fool and very very unaccomplished and disappointed. I will never go back to him nor will I EVER recommend him to anyone!!! "
