Love This Place!
"As a local, I frequent Camillo's and have never been disappointed. Owner/chef Chris is always there, so the high quality is consistent. I've also had parties there and Chris and staff were so cooperative, inventive, and delivered great value. My favorites are the Caesar salad, calamari appetizer, rigatoni (omg so good), steak frites, scallops, and creme brulee. Just go. You'll be happy you did."

Best in Montgomery, by Far!!
Pros: Superior food and old school charm
Cons: Bathroom renovations would be nice
"Chris Camillo, owner/chef is one of the finest in the Hudson Valley. The food is always fresh using local products and entrees are bountiful. The bar is well stocked and the wine list affordable. Service is attentive and the facilities comfortable. The bathrooms need a remodel and upgrade. "

Camillo's at the Crossroads
Pros: Spectacular sunsets from the two rear rooms.
Cons: NYSDOT messed up the front entrance, one can no longer pick up and drop off right at the front door without a little preliminary
"Last authentic building at the Scott's Corners intersection. The food is authentic, large quantity, tremendous quality and true honest delicious cuisine. Child friendly, excellent for families. Upon advanced request will the entire meal family style. THe interior is gorgeous 3 big rooms and a swank lounge area, fireplace and tons of art and photos to look at and stimulate conversation. Hip and classic music. ALL VERY VERY TASTEFUL - (no pun intended). "

Loved the warmth, simplicity and wholesome food and atmosphere
"The happy hour is exceptional. Chris generously served his creations to all patrons (free of charge)! Unusual these days and appreciated. The music is always original and eclectic. I have also heard great music from local artists as well. The food is always fresh and delicious. The care taken in the presentation and preparation is impressive. Down to earth food, music, and comfy casual dining at it's best."

Consistently Delicious
Pros: Fresh shellfish and seafood, bistro menu
"Everything from the lighter bistro dishes to the pot roast is always tasty and well-presented. Relax, order a bottle of wine, expect a leisurely pace (good food takes time to prepare)and save room for creme brulee. "

Camillo's food is always outstanding!
Pros: The menu always offers a wide variety of choices
Cons: The exterior of the building and parking lot could use some sprucing up
"This is the restaurant we go to for special occasions. The staff is always accomodating, and the food never disappoints. The fried oysters are to die for! There menu always has a wide variety, and their specials are always a treat. "
