Filthy
"My 11 year old son and his two friends begged me to eat here. After dinner which was not good, I went to the bathroom and upon returning glanced over to the kitchen area. There was a large gray plastic container on the floor which held raw chicken. Next to the container was a large wet commercial mop which was hanging into the container. I walked into the kitchen to point it out to the cooks and they said"sorry, sorry"
I left disgusted. Do not eat here!!!!!"

Disgusting
Pros: fast
Cons: unsanitary
"I had gone to the jumbo buffet by Home Depot. Never again will I ever be so desperate to not have to wait to be seated on a saturday night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR APPETITE in this unsanitary place! Unfortunately my daughter, her friend, my fiance and I had already ate the food in this gross place. I went to find more napkins and in the bin where they keep the bowls for the soup I spotted fecal matter (mouse turds) I felt very sick sat down for a minute was asked by my family if I was ok and told them. They got up to look and were all grossed out. I brought this to the attention to one of the waiters, whom might I add, the service there are very condescending towards their customers. He proceeded to pick up the mouse droppings and threw them on the floor saying it was burnt food. I have seen enough mouse turds in my life to identify, working around barns and horses. I asked to talk to the manager who was extremely rude to me telling me that someone brought it in and was impossible and they dont have rats or mice there because they would be fined and to pay my check. I didnt want to make a huge scene so I paid but had told him I will be writing a bad reveiw online and taking it to the Better Business Bureau. I am appalled that these people acted in such a manner and didnt take it serious and was literally laughed at and mocked. I will never again be treated so poorly and hope this place learns a lesson. Anytime something like this happens we must stand up for ourselves and report these establishments."

Cheap and Cheerful
Pros: large choice of dishes in unlimited quantities
Cons: state of the bathrooms
"I can't help but like this place. It has received violations from the Board of Health and the ladies' bathroom is filthy. I shudder to think of the state of the kitchen, which customers don't see. The food is not gourmet quality, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here. At $11 per person, you get some good food in unlimited quantities, ranging from fresh sushi from a sushi bar to ice cream for dessert. In between, there is a big choice of Chinese and western dishes. It's all self-serve, so there are no service issues and tipping is under the usual 15-20%. Don't try to speak to the waitresses, as they only speak Chinese. Just don't use the bathrooms and only eat what looks fresh, and you should be fine! I haven't gotten sick yet."
