Bought a new car
Pros: Friendly and informative about current incentives. It helped me chose the right vehicle.

"A pleasant and stress free purchase. The incentives saved me over a thousand dollars. Barbara (my sales person) was friendly and demonstrated everything about the car with me in the driver seat. We test drove 3 different cars before choosing the Impala."
