"I went there on a referral from a friend, the place was really nice but when I was "assigned" to a woman named Kristina, I realized it was a big mistake. She was rude and had no idea what she was doing. I asked to speak to a manager that turned out to be very friendly but I knew nothing was going to be done about Kristina's incompetence. I don't know how much experience this woman had but I was very disappointed. Nevertheless, I will be patronizing another spa."
