We love breakfast at the farm!
Pros: Organic, local, delicious
Cons: Crowded on the weekends
"Our family of four absolutely loves breakfast on the farm! The kids love playing in the creak while we wait and the food is always delicious. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny in my book to support a local, organic business. We always bring out of town visitors and they are always impressed. Other than an occasional long long or wait for a table, we have no complaints!"

Completly Worth It
"Personally, I love the place.
Its very wholesome and a great place for kids. Though the produce can be expensive at time its basically the same price of supermarket produce these days and really the people running the place cant charge that cheap of a price for items that are so delicious and fresh. The owners have also been known to have good discounts and sales. I definately recommend going there."

Expensive- not necessarily worth it.
Pros: Charming
Cons: Expensive, animals outside, limited selection.
"After living in the Hudson Valley for over 27 years, I finally went to the Blooming Hill Farm this past Saturday. While the dusty parking lot and sloping scenery were typical of a farm stand, I was excited to see that the business was busy and I couldn't wait to go check it out. By the time I passed a ratty looking dog, and a cat sprawled out on the table by the entrance, I was starting to question the sanitation aspect. The place was charming enough, with tree lights and umbrella-canopied tables outside for eating. Inside they were serving breakfast, and you could purchase local cheese and bread as well as eggs and milk. The prices were outrageous!!! $2.50 for a single sweet potato! While I would not buy any produce from here ever again, I have to say it was an oddly charming, haphazardly put together place."
