THE DAUGHTER SHE NEVER HAD
"Many thanks to you for all the help and care you gave to may late mother over the past 20 or so months. I remember one time in particular, when I was stuck with attending a work-related evening function, you made last-minute arrangements for a substitute caregiver to come in.
Francine always gave the most wonderful care to my mom--from the 6 months at home, the 8 months at Elant, the 2 weeks at St. Lukes and the final 6 months at the Family Health Center. Francine went way beyond just giving 'care'. She was more likr a surrogate daughter to my omo, and looked out for her like she was family. I will never forget it!"

TRUE RECOGNITION
"This is a letter of true recognition. From the first day our mother met Susan, she absolutely loved her. Our mother felt very comfortable in her own home. I would also like to recognize Catherine. My mother loved her. She polished her fingernails and arranged her hair. The special extra touch by these two ladies shows they are true angels. We are sure that you will touch other people and families the way you have touched ours."
