Mac and cheese in Middletown??
Pros: Variety
"What a great find on the opposite end of 211 by Pizza Hut. I did not even know it was there until last week. A friend told me to try it and boy was she right!! This is gourmet cheesy pasta in creative varieties. Well worth the drive to enjoy a great meal in a cozy atmosphere. "

Absolutely delicious!!
"Tucked between an abandon pizza hut and an old salvation army building lies a refreshing new culinary creation. Mix N Mac stands far above the many greek places and fast food that currently fills Middletown. Be advised that this is not your average Mac N Cheese! I received my small tray of Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese after a short wait and I could not put it down! The American Cheddar cheese sauce had fantastic flavor, the elbows were cooked to perfection, and it was completed by the crunchy golden brown crumb topping. Today's lunch from Mix N Mac was a wonderful variation from the plain and dreary PB&J or turkey sandwich. I am looking forward to my next visit where I can try the many different combination of meats, cheeses, and vegetables to mix in my mac.

"Finally, something locally owned in Middletown. Its nice to get a break from the typical chain and impersonal service. Mix N Mac provides a comfortable atmosphere and personalized service. The owners are friendly and their passion really shows through their food. "

Great wholesome food
Pros: fresh ingredients, great prices, large portions
Cons: None that I can think of
"My husband and I have tried 5 different combinations of mixes and each one fabulous. I love the option of being to make my own selections for a custom dish. You have to come in for the Mac balls, like us you'll probably eat them in the parking lot with the incredible sauce. Jason and Michelle--the owners are passionate about serving quality meals with fresh ingredients."

"This place is awesome! Baked mac & Cheese at its best! The even do something called Fried mac balls.....they were so good and came with this delicious dipping sauce."
